Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Tobacco Shipments

• Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery

• Tobacco products are shipped only to locations where permitted by law

• Orders that fail age verification will be canceled

High-Value Shipments

High-value items, including vintage watches, may ship with:

• Signature confirmation

• Insurance

• Additional verification prior to shipment

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel orders if shipping is restricted by law, regulation, or carrier policy.
