Theo’s Haberdashery (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and store (the “Services”) to provide customers with a curated shopping experience, including the sale of premium cigars and tobacco products, vintage watches, and vintage clothing and accessories. Our store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into this agreement.

1. Products Offered

Theo’s Haberdashery offers for sale:

  • Vintage and collectible watches
  • Vintage and secondhand clothing and accessories

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Vintage items are sold as-is and may show signs of age or wear consistent with their vintage nature.

2. Age Restriction for Tobacco Products

Tobacco products are sold only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age.

By placing an order containing tobacco products, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years old
  • You are legally permitted to purchase tobacco products in your jurisdiction
  • You consent to age and identity verification

Orders may be canceled if age verification cannot be completed or fails.

3. Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, shipment, and possession of tobacco products and other goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates applicable laws, regulations, or carrier policies.

4. High-Value Transactions & Fraud Prevention

For higher-value purchases, including vintage watches and collectible items, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional identity or payment verification
  • Delay shipment until verification is completed
  • Cancel transactions deemed high-risk or suspicious

Failure to comply with verification requests may result in order cancellation.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of purchase and is processed securely through third-party payment processors.

Theo’s Haberdashery does not store full credit card numbers.

6. Refund & Return Policy

Cigars & Tobacco Products

  • All tobacco sales are final
  • No returns or refunds once shipped
  • Exceptions may be made only for items damaged during transit with documentation

Vintage Watches

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Watches showing signs of wear, resizing, use, or tampering are not eligible
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance

Vintage Clothing & Accessories

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Vintage sizing varies; measurements are provided prior to purchase

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Failure of age verification
  • Buyer’s remorse on tobacco products
  • Refusal or failure of adult-signature delivery
  • Orders prohibited by law in the buyer’s jurisdiction

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

7. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Tobacco Shipments

  • Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery
  • Tobacco products ship only where permitted by law
  • Orders failing age verification will be canceled

High-Value Shipments

High-value items may ship with:

  • Signature confirmation
  • Insurance
  • Additional verification prior to shipment

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel orders if shipping is restricted by law, regulation, or carrier policy.
